Stator coil forming machine is designed for shaping and forming the stator coils in a orderly and neat shape.

There are various types of coil forming machines, we divide them into the first time coil forming machine and second time coil forming machine. As they are drived by hydraulic pressure, they also can be called hydraulic coil forming machines.

In the first coil forming process, using upper/lower and center axis molds,the machine can not only re-arrange the outlook of the coil,but also can fit the sizing re-arrangement,especially suitable for the difficult re-arrangement of 2 poles stators.

In the secondary coil forming process, the operator only need to place the embedded coil on the left roller, stretch the inner diameter first, and them put the stator on the right forming die for final shaping of the height and inner & outer diameter. Then the stator coil forming finished.
